In our previous Newsletter I provided some support and information about Self-Care. I have since had the Thoughtful
Schools Team writing their own Self-Care plans and am working on implementing mine. I have started and small steps is definitely the path I am taking. I have started a gratitude journal and am working towards more sleep (most nights), I’ve also shared my plan with family and a co-worker who will keep me on track… Download to finish reading!
